During our consultation, we will review the steps of the process and develop a gameplan based on your goals. Pre-Approval
Understanding the mortgage is one the most important steps for buying a home. You will discuss your goals with a Lender who will go over different loan products that may best fit your needs. You are in control of who you use as a Lender, but if you would like referrals, See Lenders below!

Financial Analysis
This step is optional but HIGHLY recommended. If this is your first time purchasing a home, you may encounter expenses that you have never experienced before. Having a financial analysis helps to determine your budget in order to align your pre-approval amount with your current lifestyle and plan for any future changes.

We've made it to the extra fun part: Looking at homes! From PENDING to CLOSE, you will be in the know and prepared for every step of the way! Buyer action steps while under contact will be reviewed in our consultation! If you are curious about what's on the market now, click on a browsing link below! You did it! You've made it to the finish line! The most rewarding part of the buying experience is seeing my clients close on their home. You'll receive an overview of what it means to actually be a homeowner. Again, if it's your first time it may still feel overwhelming.
